Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most from new patients and referring attorneys.

Do I need a referral from an attorney to be seen?

No, you don't need an attorney referral to schedule an appointment. However, many of our patients are referred by personal injury attorneys. If you've been injured and don't yet have an attorney, we can still get you started with treatment right away.

What does "attorney lien" mean — will I owe anything upfront?

When we work on attorney lien, it means our payment comes from the settlement of your personal injury case — not out of your pocket. You receive the care you need now, and payment is handled when your case resolves. There is no upfront cost to you.

How quickly can I get an appointment after my accident?

We prioritize new injury patients and offer same-day appointments whenever possible. Most patients are seen within 24 hours of their first call. Early treatment is important both for your recovery and for establishing a timely medical record.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), your attorney's contact information if you have one, and any documentation related to your accident such as a police report or ER records. If you don't have all of this, don't worry — we can still get you started.

How do attorneys receive my medical records?

We provide regular status updates to your attorney throughout treatment. When your care is complete or you reach maximum medical improvement, we produce a comprehensive narrative report and full medical records package formatted for demand packages and litigation.

What types of injuries do you treat?

We treat injuries from auto accidents, motorcycle collisions, truck accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, workplace injuries, rideshare accidents, and sports injuries. Common conditions include whiplash, herniated discs, sciatica, muscle strains, ligament sprains, shoulder injuries, and nerve compression.
